The International Baccalaureate program has just gained another procrastinator this past September. This new member is none other than myself, Molly Xu.
I am a grade 11 student attending Semiahmoo Secondary School’s IB program. When I’m not cramming my homework, you can find me suffering from fitness training at badminton practices, reading books with questionable themes, and attempting to help run school clubs. I make the most out of my “limited” free time by surfing through youtube for cool science videos.
As an indecisive person, I often find it difficult to focus on one subject area. My interests are a weird combination of both humanities and sciences. I enjoy learning new science concepts as much as I enjoy reading about historical events. Since I have always been interested in problem-solving, math and physics are my favorite science-related subjects.
I hope that I will be able to explore different areas of science at future science leaders and that I use this as a chance to engage in more activities related to sciences.
