At FSL we are dedicated to Open Science and will document our experiments and observations in an online notebook.
From September through to December we will be doing a group experiment to examine various conditions on the pro-biotic bacterial counts in yogurt. You can follow my contributions in the drop down menu as ‘group project‘. In 2015, I’ll start an independent project and will use the category ‘my project‘ for you to follow that progress. Along the way I will also be learning different laboratory skills from how to use a pipette to handling bacteria. I will be writing summaries of these different skills under the category “lab skills“.
